System Updates & Upgrades
Through working closely with our customers, we frequently update our software to include new feature requests. All partners who maintain a current Service & Support Agreement will receive free updates as they are released. Updating is easy (one small file to click) and an option for users of Discover Global Booking PMSPro solution. An example of an update is version 4.46 to version 4.47. If a partner decides to update their software, they are required to have a Service & Support agreement. All updaters are available online by logging into our secure password protected area for partners with an active Service & Support Agreement.
Occasionally we will make significant upgrades to the PMSPro software. 'Upgrades' will have a version number change. For example, in January 2008, we upgraded from Version 5.3 to Version 6. Upgrades are significant improvements and may be fee-based, even for users with current Service & Support Agreement. We will always provide free upgrades for users who purchased a Discover Global Bookings product less than 60 days ago and half price for those who purchased within the last 61 - 120 days.
