    To prove just how flexible our system is and how confident we are that it will exceed your expectations, we offer a 'no questions asked' refund policy within 30 days of purchasing any Discover Global Bookings software. We provide a 45-day, fully functioning demonstration version of the PMSPro software by download as well as complete documentation and manuals which will enable you to decide if Discover Global Bookings is right for your business needs. This offer extends to Discover Global Bookings software only - if you are considering purchasing a Call Accounting or a Point of Sale system from us that includes a third-party software licenses such, there are NO REFUNDS beyond the 30 days for any reasons whatsoever.

    Third-Party Software

    Discover Global Bookings solutions rely on third party software to complete a Call Accounting or Point of Sale system. These third-party software licenses may be returned within 30 days of purchase, irrespective of receipt date by the customer. There are NO refunds on third-party software licenses after 30 days from payment.

    Training, Installation, and Setup Fees

    Any fees associated with training, travel costs, installation or setup of a Discover Global Bookings solution are NOT REFUNDABLE after such service has been rendered. The reason is obvious - if our support team are setting your property up, providing on-site training, or installing a system at your location, these costs are sunk and can never be returned. For this reason, Discover Global Bookings CANNOT refund these costs. However, if a Support Contract has been purchased, we will refund the unused portion of the contract (on a pro-rata basis) if cancelled within 30 days of purchase.
