    The Discover Global Bookings Service & Support Team is always happy to help our customers get the full benefit and use of our services and products. All our products and service packages are supplied with an initial 30 days free unlimited support and then a variety of free and paid support is available. We have designed our products to make them straightforward and easy to use but we do appreciate that as with any new and unfamiliar system, our customers will need guidance and reassurance from time to time, especially during the start up period. Every product and service is supported by comprehensive user manuals which take you through our systems in an easy-to-read step-by-step process and we also have comprehensive FAQ section.

    All Discover Global Bookings partners can access our extensive Resource Library at any time, and are free to contact us as often as required by either fax, telephone or email.

    During the initial 30 days, we will do our utmost to ensure that you are absolutely confident in using your chosen system. Our Service & Support team is at your disposal for the entire time that you are with Discover Global Bookings – the choice of which Service & Support agreement will best suit your business is entirely up to you. Both options offer the same benefits & peace of mind:

    • Prompt, attentive, professional support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
    • Continuous support and assistance until the problem has been resolved
    • We will happily support however you prefer to work, whether by phone, fax or email.
    • We will help you to ensure that all of the Discover Global Booking products & services that you have selected to benefit from remain up and running
    • Not only will we help you to ensure that your software is fully functional, we will help with issues concerning your booking engine, availability links & maintaining your profile, rates & inventory in all of the distribution channels that you have opted into
    • Updates to our systems are made as the capabilities are enhanced to serve you better. Our Discover Global Bookings partners who have signed up to one of our support plans (below) enjoy such updates free of charge more

    Service & Support Agreement
    1 month £2.00 per letting room per month.

    • 30 days notice required to cancel agreement
    Service & Support Agreement
    6 month plan £1.80 per letting room per month.

    • Payable quarterly in advance either by credit card or by Direct Debit
    • Should you decide you no longer wish to benefit from the reduced 6 monthly
      package rate, you need to provide us with notice in writing to that effect at least
      30 days prior to your next payment date.
